The Hancock Team is a team of REALTORS® currently comprised of Sandy Hancock and her son Trey Hancock. While Trey is new to real estate, both team members bring unique skill sets and experiences to the process of buying/selling/renting/investing.
--Sandy has been in the industry since 2005. During her time in real estate, she has gained countless skills and experiences that enable her to adeptly guide investors, sellers, buyers, and renters through their respective processes. Her career highlights include teacher and counselor at Churchill High School, and administrative roles (principal and vice principal) at Smithson Valley High School, Spring Branch Middle School, and Comal Leadership Institute/Comal Discipline Center. Her time in the school system lead to an unparalleled knowledge-base of San Antonio and surrounding areas.
--Trey joined his mother in 2017 after getting his M.S. in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio. What he lacks in industry-specific experience, he makes up for with advanced technological skills in social media, marketing, web and graphics design, and mobile technology. In addition to those skills, he also brings experience in quantitative data analyses and behavioral analysis to the table.
